If you have an enquiry that does not relate to a current planning application, we will book you a telephone appointment with the duty planning officer. If your enquiry relates to a current application, we will book you an appointment with your case officer. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will aim to call you back on the same/next working day to book you an appointment if necessary. Please note that phone appointments are unlikely to take place on the same day.
