Dreamscheme
The Dreamscheme is a youth involvement project open to volunteers aged eight to 17 living in South Derbyshire.
It aims to help young people build their self-confidence and skills, have fun, make new friends and give back to communities in a positive way.
After completing a series of projects, volunteers will get to enjoy a reward trip.
Past projects have included planting flowers in Swadlincote’s Diana, Princess of Wales, Memorial Garden, decorating Overseal Village Hall, designing a graffiti mural for a youth shelter and creating a community garden in Hartshorne
Those taking part in the Dreamscheme can collect points for their work and exchange them for a fun reward trips such as go-karting, tobogganing, the cinema and theme parks.
