From £5.71 per collection, we provide a suitable container and required waste transfer notes to comply with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the legal obligations of businesses under the Duty of Care Regulations.

Our business rates do not cover waste collection

The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991 is a law that says businesses must take all reasonable steps to keep waste safe.

Businesses must ensure that the person removing the waste is either from a local authority or a licensed waste collection company. We're authorised to remove waste and dispose of it safely.

Also, the business must provide a written description of the waste to the person who removes it. This is known as a waste transfer note and must be completed by both parties involved. We provide waste transfer notes.

We don't collect hazardous commercial waste. The Environment Agency has a public register for licensed harzardous waste service providers.
