Pest control
Our Pest Control Service has been suspended until further notice whilst we conduct a full review of the service. We can confirm that we have a temporary agreement with Opkill to provide local residents with good value pest control services for rats, mice, fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, wasps, ants and other insect pests.

The current rates offered by Opkill are provided below (prices correct as of April 2024):
- £82.80* rats - this service is free if you can provide documentation that shows you receive one of the following benefits: employment & support allowance (income related), job seekers’ allowance (income related), universal credit (income related) or income support.
- £82.80* mice
- £75* fleas, bedbugs & cockroaches
- £52.80* wasps, ants and other insect pests
- Other pests - Opkill will quote their commercial rate
* All prices include VAT.
An out of hours service is available for cases that pose a serious and urgent threat to health, which costs an extra £50.
Rats and mice have a minimum of two visits and a maximum of three (all included in the quoted cost). All other treatments have a minimum of one visit.
