Notice is given that South Derbyshire District Council has received from Burnaston Parish Council an application under Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 for the Council to designate the area comprising the Parish of Burnaston as a neighbourhood area within the meaning of Section 61G of the 1990 Town and Country Planning Act.
The designation of the parish of Burnaston as a Neighbourhood Area was agreed by South Derbyshire District Council on 8 August 2024.
