Hilton, Marston on Dove and Hoon Neighbourhood Plan

Hilton Parish Council has submitted the Hilton, Marston on Dove and Hoon Neighbourhood Plan to the Council for publication.

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, South Derbyshire District Council is required to publicise the Hilton, Marston on Dove and Hoon Neighbourhood Development Plan and invite comments from organisations and individuals.  The consultation will run for 6 weeks, closing at 5pm on Monday 19 October 2020

A draft version of the Neighbourhood Plan underwent consultation from 29 October to 9 December 2019 by Hilton Parish Council. Comments made to the Parish Council through this Regulation 14 consultation helped to inform changes to the Plan now submitted to the Council. 

The Hilton, Marston on Dove and Hoon Neighbourhood Development Plan proposes a variety of policies including on housing, green spaces, parking and employment.

The Council will endeavour to make paper copies of the Plan available to view within the following libraries (subject to libraries reopening/remaining open):

Following this Regulation 16 publicity consultation, the representations received will be passed to the appointed independent examiner, who will then consider these along with the Plan and its supporting documents.  The Examiner will determine whether the Neighbourhood Plan can proceed to referendum, together with whether any modifications to the Plan are required.
