Ordering replacement keys
As a Council tenant, you may order additional keys through us. We will need your key reference number. This can be found on the key itself. Each key ordered will cost £6.50.

Lock change
If your key has been stolen, or was lost along with any of your address details, we will need to perform a lock change for security reasons.
We charge £75 per lock change - sometimes more than one change is needed if your key fits more than one door. If your request is made out of hours by calling the Careline team on 01283 225810 then the charge will be £165 per lock change.
If there are any additional keys to the property, you must return them to us when the new lock has been fitted.
