Enforcement Officers
Our Community Safety Enforcement Officers have five primary roles:
- Use legal powers to prevent people causing anti-social behaviour
- Catch people who illegally fly tip waste in our towns and countryside and take appropriate action to reduce fly tipping incidents
- Deal with abandoned vehicles
- Enforce controls on dog fouling and dog control contained in Public Spaces Protection Orders across South Derbyshire
- Take action to prevent littering offences and other waste offences from businesses
