Next tenant survey to commence

Council tenants are informed that a new survey will commence soon, commissioned by a trusted third-party organization called Service Insights Ltd. This survey is legitimate and not a scam. Tenant participation is valued and will contribute to improving our services. An initial satisfaction survey was undertaken earlier on this year. 

A random sample of our council tenants will be contacted by email, and a second random sample of our council tenants will be contacted by telephone by a member of the Service Insights team, asking them to complete a tenant satisfaction survey.

The email sent to tenants will include the link to the survey.

By completing a tenant satisfaction survey, you will help us to find out where we are doing well as your landlord and where we need to improve.
