Christmas refuse and recycling collections

If your collection usually takes place on a Wednesday, then the collection for Wednesday 25 December 2024 (Christmas Day) – will take place earlier, on Saturday, 21 December 2024

Your collection scheduled for Wednesday, 1 January 2025 (New Year’s Day), will take place at the later date of Saturday, 4 January 2025.

If your collection is usually on a Thursday, then the collection for Thursday, 26 December 2024 (Boxing Day) – will take place at the later date of Saturday, 28 December 2024.

These are the only changes to collections over the festive period.

Should you have any excess recycling, please present it in an open plastic or cardboard box (or cardboard stacked neatly at the side of your green recycling bin).

Please could you place mixed recycling in a separate receptacle to your cardboard and paper. The crew will be happy to take your extra recycling.
