£150 energy rebate – we will not call you to ask for your bank details over the phone
South Derbyshire District Council will distribute £150 support to eligible local residents as a £150 energy rebate in late spring.
The Council is not calling customers in relation to the rebate to request bank details over the phone.
We would encourage all residents to never give their bank details over the phone to someone who calls them direct and who they do not know.
If ever in doubt, please call our customer services team on 01283 595795 to check.
The Council is working on its plans to distribute the £150 energy rebate and, as soon as the details are finalised, the Council will provide an online update.
