Christmas opening times

The Council’s Customer Services will close at 4.30pm on Friday 23 December and reopen at 8.45am on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Some services will continue over the Christmas period - such as waste and recycling, street cleansing, Careline and emergency housing repairs.

Anyone concerned about being homeless can call 0808 169 2333 or email: outofhourshousing-derbys@p3charity.org and residents needing to report an emergency council house repair or an emergency issue, should call 01332 912642.
