Bin collections update - Wednesday 1 December

Black bin collections are now caught up. There will be normal black/green/brown collections for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Green bins missed on Monday are being done this Saturday.

Brown bins missed from Monday and Tuesday are being done this Saturday also.
