We will contact you in advance to reassure you how we will keep you safe.

Before we visit, we will check that no-one in the house has any symptoms of coronavirus.

Our teams will wash their hands thoroughly and use their own hand towel.

You should keep two metres apart from our tradespeople and open a window if possible. Please stay in a separate room if you can and don't offer any drinks.
