STAR surveys set to drop onto doormats
Council tenants in South Derbyshire are being given the opportunity to have their say on how satisfied they are with their homes and services provided.
The Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) Survey explores areas such as the quality of homes and communities, the effectiveness of repairs and maintenance work and whether tenants think they are getting value for their money.
Results of the survey are used to shape and further improve the services provided by South Derbyshire District Council.
Cllr Jim Hewlett, Chairman of Housing and Community Services at the Council, said:
“The STAR survey is a fantastic opportunity for tenants to give us their views and positively influence the services we provide.
“Housing Services always put tenants at the heart of everything they do and all feedback will be used to continue to improve the areas that matter the most to them.”
The surveys, which take around 10 minutes to complete, will drop on doormats during week commencing June 25, 2018. They can be returned in the post (an envelope is provided) or completed online at www.SDDCTenantSurvey.co.uk using the unique password supplied.
Postal and online surveys should be completed by Thursday, July 12, 2018.
