Past consultations on the Local Plan Part 2

The Local Plan Part 2 proposes non-strategic housing allocations and detailed development management policies. The plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on January 24, 2017.

We received the report of Inspector Mike Hayden BSc(Hons) DipTP MRTPI on the examination of the Local Plan Part 2.

The report follows the examination in public of the Local Plan Part 2 in April 2017.

Once the Local Plan Part 2 has been adopted, it will replace the current 1998 local plan in full. The Part 1 (adopted in June 2016), together with Part 2, will then be the primary documents that we will need to take into account when making decisions on planning applications across the plan area.
