Improvement works
During the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we will continue to provide services that meet our legal duties to keep you safe in your home.
Unfortunately our major and planned works programmes have been suspended in order to keep you, our staff and contractors safe.
We hope to resume these programmes as soon as possible
Also we will be continuing to deliver our major and planned works streams by ensuring we follow current government and Public Health England guidelines to keep you and our contractors safe.
We are proud of our properties, and we are committed to improving them.
Apart from the jobs that our own in-house repairs team carries out each day, we use external contractors to do contracts such as:
- planned external maintenance
- the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms
- replacement of central heating systems
- electrical testing, repairs and maintenance
- gas safety and heating maintenance
- passenger and stair lift maintenance
- cleaning of communal areas
- the replacement of roof coverings
- installation of insulation measures
