Council services at Easter

As a result of the Easter bank holidays, the Council’s offices will close at 5pm on Thursday 28 March and re-open on Tuesday 2 April at 8.45am.

This means that Customer Services will not be available during this period. However, some services will continue over the Easter period.

Waste and recycling collections will continue as normal, with collections on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Anyone concerned about being homeless can call 0808 169 2333 or email: outofhourshousing-derbys@p3charity.org. 

Residents needing to report an emergency Council house repair or an emergency issue, should contact the out-of-hours emergency team on 01332 912642.
