As part of its work to ensure everyone who deals with it has excellent customer experiences, South Derbyshire District Council is seeking feedback on its draft Customer Access Strategy.

The strategy will set out how the council will improve access to services, making dealing with it as straightforward as possible, using appropriate technology and working in a cost-effective way.

A brief survey has been created to gather views from residents, businesses and stakeholders. Quick and easy to complete, it uses multiple choice and free text questions to ask about subjects such as the website, social media, and customer services opening hours.

Responses to the survey will help to shape the final document that will be adopted by the council.
