The Council's Christmas hours

The Council’s Customer Services will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December and reopen at 8.45am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Some services will continue over the Christmas period - such as, waste and recycling, street cleansing, Careline, and emergency housing repairs.

There are some small changes to the festive period bin collection days, please see Christmas refuse and recycling collections.

Anyone concerned about being homeless can call 0808 169 2333 or email: outofhourshousing-derbys@p3charity.org.

Residents needing to report an emergency council house repair or an emergency issue, should call 01332 912642.
