We will remember them

Remembrance Day Remembrance Day

This Armistice Day we are taking part in a two minute silence at 11am to remember all those who lost their lives in the two World Wars and subsequent conflicts.

All our staff and the Derbyshire County Council staff based at the Civic Offices, Swadlincote will take part in the silence.

We encourage people to take part in the silence and remember those who made the ultimate of sacrifices for each and everyone of us.

There will be a short Service of Remembrance on the Delph, outside Swadlincote Town Hall and the Remembrance Sunday Service will be a short outdoors service and wreath laying at the Memorial Gates at Eureka Park.
