System upgrade System upgrade

The Council is upgrading its revenues and benefits system to ensure that it remains up to date, secure and can serve customers into the future with all their council tax, benefits and business rates enquiries.

The upgrade will mean that the system will go offline for a short period of time until Tuesday 12 January.

A spokesperson said: “We are grateful to all our customers for being understanding whilst we upgrade our system. During this time we would ask people not to submit online forms for Council Tax, business rates and benefits. We will also not be able to provide detailed answers to benefits, business rates or council tax queries.”

The system should be up and running again by Tuesday 12 January.
