Surcharge for credit card payments

There is currently a 1.9% surcharge for making credit card payments to the Council online.  

In line with the Government’s Payment Services Directive, we are working with our contractor to remove this extra cost for our customers.

We anticipate this will take effect from Monday, January 22 onwards.

In the meantime, where possible, we would encourage customers to pay by methods other than credit cards.
