Complaints

We can assure you that we take complaints very seriously and therefore ask that in the first instance you give us an opportunity to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible with the department that you are unhappy with.

Please email us at customer.experience@southderbyshire.gov.uk giving us as much detail as possible of what you are not happy with, our Customer Experience Team will work with the department you are not happy with to hopefully resolve your complaint.

If however we can’t resolve your complaint quickly due to the complexity of the issue or if you are unhappy with our initial response, you can make a formal complaint.
